"On March 6th while driving on I271 my car quit running. I managed to limp to the side of the rode and used the State Farm on line road side assistance app on my phone to arrange for a tow. This was the first time I had used this app and after giving him a call my agent Bill Crestino helped me navigate through the app. I really appreciated his going out of his way to help. I received a check to cover the cost of the tow within several days of my forwarding a copy of the receipt to the Agency. I am very pleased with the service and personalized attention I was given."
